What Is Sublimation?
​
Digital Sublimation is the process where dye ink is heated at over 400° into a gas then transferred onto fabric creating a bond, then the dye cools and becomes solid once again. This allows for a smooth transition from what you see on your screen to what is seen on fabric. There is almost no limit to the amount of colors with this process and this allows for the natural wicking materials to remain breathable and also maintain its strength and durability.
Order Completion Time?

The turnaround time on your order begins when your payment obligations have been met and we have received all information required to complete your order, including but not limited to artwork, proof approval, shipping information, and product information. Our standard turnaround times will vary for the different services and products that we provide. Generally speaking, items are produced within a 2-3 week period.
NOTE: This does NOT include artwork or shipping time!
Why Sublimation

Once printed with our dye, the graphic will never peel, crack, or fade. There is no texture and the fabric remains breathable, so our printing provides maximum comfort.. Computer generated graphics means you can have as many colors as you like at no extra cost.
